What Is Industrial FDM Printing?
Industrial FDM is a different class of machine from a desktop 3D printer. Ours runs a fully enclosed, actively heated build chamber, hardened wear-resistant nozzles, and dual extruders — so it can print engineering-grade thermoplastics like ABS, ASA, carbon-fiber-filled PETG and PPS, and nylon (PA6, PA12, PA-CF) that a desktop machine simply cannot hold together at size.
The result is parts you can actually put to work: mounts, housings, jigs and fixtures, automotive trim, ducting, and short production runs — strong, dimensionally stable, and heat resistant.
Engineering Materials We Print
- ABS — tough, impact-resistant and easy to machine, glue and vapor-smooth; the classic choice for functional housings and enclosures
- ASA — the UV-stable cousin of ABS: it holds its color and strength outdoors, ideal for exterior automotive and marine parts in the Florida sun
- PETG-CF — carbon-fiber-filled PETG with high stiffness, low shrinkage and a clean matte finish; a great all-round structural material
- PPS-CF — high-performance semi-crystalline polymer with excellent chemical and heat resistance, for parts that see solvents, fuel or sustained high temperatures
- PA6 (Nylon 6) — very high toughness and abrasion resistance for gears, bushings and load-bearing mechanical parts
- PA12 (Nylon 12) — lower moisture uptake and better dimensional stability than PA6, with excellent fatigue life for living hinges and snap fits
- PA-CF — carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon: the stiffest and most dimensionally stable option we run, for structural brackets and tooling

How Big Can We Print?
Our maximum build envelope is 600 × 600 × 600 mm — a 23.6 inch cube, printed as one solid piece with no seams or bonding.
- Longer on the diagonal — a part that does not fit the cube straight-on will often fit when printed corner to corner, so send the file before assuming it is too big
- Bigger than that? We split the model into sections along hidden seams, print them, then bond and finish them into a single part
- Batch production — the same volume lets us nest dozens of smaller parts into one run, which is what keeps per-part pricing low
Heated Chamber — Why Your Part Will Not Warp
Warping is what ruins big ABS, ASA and nylon prints. As a layer cools it shrinks, and if the layer below has already gone cold, that mismatch pulls the corners off the plate and cracks the part along its layers. An actively heated chamber keeps the whole part near its working temperature for the entire print, so it cools evenly and slowly — after the print, not during it.
- No lifted corners or delamination — even on tall parts and long flat spans
- Real layer adhesion — the part is strong in the Z axis, not just along the layers
- Dimensional accuracy holds — bolt holes and mating faces still line up at 600 mm
When to Choose Industrial FDM
- Functional parts that have to survive heat, sunlight, chemicals or real mechanical load
- Large single-piece parts — housings, ducts, body panels, covers and tooling
- Jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids that need to hold tolerance on the shop floor
- Short production runs where injection-mold tooling would cost far more than the parts
If the part is small, decorative, or needs a very fine surface finish, resin (SLA) is usually the better and cheaper answer — and if it has to be metal, we do that too.

Why does a heated chamber matter?
It stops warping. The chamber keeps the whole part near its working temperature during the print, so layers cool evenly instead of shrinking against each other — no lifted corners, no cracking between layers, and parts that stay dimensionally accurate at large sizes.
Which material should I choose?
ABS and ASA for tough housings (ASA if it lives outdoors), PETG-CF for stiff structural parts, PPS-CF for heat and chemical resistance, and PA6/PA12/PA-CF for gears, bushings and high-wear mechanical parts. Send us your application and we will recommend one.
